("DF Capital" or the "Company" together with its subsidiaries the "Group")
DF Capital (AIM: DFCH) announces the grant of options to, amongst other eligible employees, the following PDMR, by virtue of their participation in the Company's Save As You Earn (SAYE) scheme. The award is not subject to any performance conditions, but the PDMR has entered into a savings contract of three years under the plan and the options become exercisable from 1 July 2028.
