DistIT contemplates issuance of senior unsecured bonds

DistIT AB (publ) ("DistIT" or the "Company") has mandated ABG Sundal Collier to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings commencing on 5 May 2021. A SEK denominated senior unsecured corporate bond issue in an expected amount of up to SEK 300 million within a total framework amount of SEK 800 million (the "New Bonds") may follow, subject to, inter alia, market conditions.
The issue proceeds from a potential issue of the New Bonds will be applied towards early redemption in full of the Company's existing outstanding senior unsecured bonds (ISIN: SE0011166842) with a final redemption date on 14 May 2022 (the "Existing Bonds") and for general corporate purposes, including investments and acquisitions.
In connection with the successful issue of the New Bonds, the Company may offer holders of Existing Bonds to subscribe for the New Bonds in exchange for Existing Bonds. The Company may in such case repurchase such holders' Existing Bonds at a premium.
Gernandt & Danielsson Advokatbyrå KB has been appointed as the Company's legal counsel.
