The CFO of DistIT AB (publ), Philip Gunnarsson, has chosen to terminate his employment in order to take on a new assignment outside the company.
Robert Rosenzweig, CEO of DistIT: "I want to thank Philip for delivering a significant contribution to the company, in an impressively wise and self-sacrificing manner. I would also like to take this opportunity to wish Philip good luck with his next exciting challenge."
Philip Gunnarsson, CFO of DistIT: "I wish to thank all the fantastic colleagues and the Board of Directors for their cooperation and trust these last years. Today, DistIT and its subsidiaries are well equipped for the future, and I am proud to have been a part of this journey. I am very positive about the group's future opportunities in this turbulent time, and for that reason intend to keep my shares in the company".
The process of finding a replacement has begun, and Philip will remain as the company's CFO for a period of time to ensure the transition and to continue working on ongoing transformation work.
