Distil plc (AIM:DIS) announces that its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2025 ("Accounts"), together with the Notice of General Meeting, will be posted to shareholders today. Copies are also available from the Company's registered office, and are available on the Company's website: www.distil.uk.com/investors

The General Meeting, to receive the Accounts and re-appoint the Group's auditors, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on 27 October 2025 at 3-7 Temple Avenue, London, EC4Y 0DT.
