Grant of Options

The Board of Distil plc (AIM: DIS), owner of premium drinks brands RedLeg Spiced Rum, Blackwoods Gin and Vodka, Blavod Black Vodka, Jago's Cream Liqueur and Diva vodka, has made the following grant of options to Shaun Claydon ("Options"), Finance Director of Distil:

These Options over ordinary shares of 0.1p each have an exercise price of 1.62 pence per share, being the average closing mid-market price of a Distil share over the 10 business days prior to the date of grant.

50 per cent. of the Options vest upon the publication of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ending 31 March 2017. The remaining 50 per cent. vest upon publication of the interim results for the period ending 30 September 2017.

Following grant of the above options, the total number of ordinary shares outstanding under option and warrant arrangements equates to 15,450,000 ordinary shares, representing 3.09 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
