Pre-Annual General Meeting Information • May 10, 2017

The Annual General Meeting of Display Art Plc will be held at the Company's offices in Dali, on Wednesday 21 June 2017, at 4.00 pm, and will transact the following business:

• 1. Examination of the Directors' Report and the Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2016.
• 1. Election of members to the Board of Directors in replacement of those retiring. According to the Company's Articles of Association, Ms. Christina Nicolaou and Mr. Elias Georgiou retire but are re-eligible and offer themselves for re-election.
• 1. Determination of the remuneration of Directors.
• 1. Re-appointment of auditors and authorisation of the Board of Directors to determine their fees.
