Statement by the members of the Board of Directors and the officers of the Company responsible for the preparation of the financial statements

Pursuant to Article 9, clauses (3)(c) and (7) of the Transparency Requirements (Transferable Securities Admitted to Trading on a Regulated Market) Law of 2007, we, the members of the Board of Directors and other officers responsible for the financial statements of Display Art Plc for the year ended 31 December 2017, hereby confirm that, to the best of our knowledge:

(a) The annual consolidated financial statements presented on pages 24 to 64:

• (i) were prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards as adopted by the European Union and pursuant to the provisions of clause (4) of the Law, and
• (ii) give a true and fair view of the assets and liabilities, the financial position and the profit or loss of Display Art Plc and the subsidiaries included in the consolidated financial statements as a whole, and
• (b) The management report gives a fair overview of the developments and performance of the undertaking as well as of the financial position of Display Art Plc and the subsidiaries included in the consolidated financial statements as a whole, together with a description of the main risks and uncertainties.
