The Company's Annual General Meeting resolved as follows:

1. It approved the Board of Directors' Report and the Company's audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2021.
1. Mr. Panayiotis Pitsillides, Mr. Pavlos Nicolaou and Ms Christina Nicolaou, whose term expired, were re-elected as members of the Board.
1. The appointment of the Company's auditors will be decided at the next meeting of the Board of Directors.
