Annual General Meeting Notice 2021
Discovery Africa Limited (ASX: DAF - “Discovery Africa” or “Company”) is pleased to announce that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Discovery Africa will hold its 2021 Annual General Meeting on:
Date: Friday, 26 November 2021
Time: 12:00 pm (WST)
The closing date for receipt of nominations from persons who wish to be considered for election as a Director is 1 November 2021.
Shareholders will be advised of further details regarding the 2021 Annual General Meeting in a separate Notice of Meeting, which will be provided to shareholders shortly. The Notice of Meeting will also be available on the ASX Company Announcements Platform and the Company’s website.
