discoverIE Group plc, a leading international designer, manufacturer and supplier of customised electronics to industry, announces that, on 11 March 2020, Nick Jefferies, Group Chief Executive, transferred 905,583 ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company to his wife, Susan Jefferies, for nil consideration.  This was for tax planning purposes.

Following the transfer, Mr. Jefferies' total holding of shares in the Company (including shares held in his wife's name) remains unchanged at 965,750 shares, representing approximately 1.09% of the total issued shares in the Company.
