DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

discoverIE Group plc (LSE:DSCV, the "Company") has been notified that on 7 February 2019 Nick Jefferies (Group Chief Executive) exercised the entirety of his 2010 Company Share Option Plan share options over 18,819 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 148p per Ordinary Share.

Concurrent with exercise of the options, Nick Jefferies sold 6,683 shares at 418.50p per Ordinary Share and the proceeds were applied to settle the cost of exercise. Nick Jefferies transferred the balance of 12,136 shares to his wife.

Following completion of the transactions above Nick Jefferies and persons closely associated with him will be beneficially interested in 960,931 Ordinary Shares (c.1.3% of the issued share capital).
