Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14 (2), discoverIE announces that after serving nine years Tracey Graham, a non-executive director of the Company, has stood down from the Board of Royal London Mutual Insurance Society with effect from 22 March 2022 and has been appointed as a non-executive director of Close Brothers Group plc, from the same date.
