UPDATE ON THE PROPOSED SHARE CONSOLIDATION

Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, all capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Company’s announcements dated 29 April 2024 and 27 May 2024 (the “ Announcements ”) and Circular to Shareholders dated 10 May 2024 in relation to the Proposed Share Consolidation.

The Board of Directors (the “ Board ”) of DISA Limited (the “ Company ”) refers to the Announcements and wishes to announce that, after due consideration of prevailing market conditions, the Company’s strategic direction, and the ongoing fundraising exercise through rights cum warrants issue, the Board has decided not to proceed with the Proposed Share Consolidation.

Should the need for a share consolidation arise in the future, the Board will seek shareholders' . approval again at the appropriate time
