Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Company has purchased land today (March 3, 2025), admeasuring 87,893 Sq. ft situated at plot no. 25 & 26, Satyamangala Industrial Area, Kasaba Hobli, Tumkur Taluk, Tumkur, Karnataka from an unrelated third-party seller “Beloorbayir Biotech Limited” for the future expansion plan of the Company. Accordingly, the Company has executed the Sale Deed for the purchase of the aforesaid land.
