On January 18, 2022, the board of directors of the Company (the “ Board ”) approved certain changes to its senior management team and the Board, including the departure of Kevin O’Meara as the Company’s CEO and as a director and the appointment of an Interim CEO and a Lead Independent Director.

Kevin O’Meara, who held the role of CEO and director, departed from the Company.
Todd Lillibridge, the Chair of the Board, has been appointed Interim CEO, and will serve until his replacement is named.
Michael Ford, a director of the Company, has been appointed Lead Independent Director for the period Mr. Lillibridge serves as CEO.
