Directa Plus (AIM: DCTA), a leading producer and supplier of graphene nanoplatelets-based products for use in consumer and industrial markets, announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018, together with the notice of the Company's annual general meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders and are available on the Company's website at www.directa-plus.com.

The AGM of the shareholders of the Company will be held on Tuesday 18 June 2019 at 12.00pm BST at 11-12 St James's Square, London SW1 4LB.
