Directa Plus plc (AIM: DCTA), a producer and supplier of graphene-based products for use in consumer and industrial markets, gives notice that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company is to be held at 3.30pm BST on Monday 18 June 2018 at 11-12 St. James's Square, London, SW1Y 4LB.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2017 and Notice of AGM have been posted to shareholders. Copies are also available on the Company's website at www.directa-plus.com.
