("Directa Plus" or the "Company")
Grant of Options
Directa Plus (AIM: DCTA), a leading producer and supplier of graphene nanoplatelets based products for use in consumer and industrial markets, announces that, on 12 November 2020, the Board approved the adoption of the 2020 Employees' Share Scheme and the grant of performance-related options over a total of 1,801,000 ordinary shares of pence each in the Company (the "Options") to key executives and employees. This included the grant of Options to certain directors and PDMRs, as follows:

Subject to the satisfaction of criteria related to the Company's share price performance over the period, the Options (or a portion thereof) will vest in three equal tranches on each of the first, second and third anniversaries of the date of award. 75 per cent. of the vested Options may be exercised after the third anniversary and the remaining 25% may be exercised after the fourth anniversary. The exercise price of each Option will be 66.46 pence, which is the average closing bid price of the Company's shares on the London Stock Exchange plc for the 30 days before the date of grant.

Our focus is principally on the two sectors in which we have strong commercial advantage through developed and launched products and a technological lead: environmental (based on our Grafysorber® product) and textiles (based on our G+ products).
