Directa Plus plc (AIM: DCTA), a producer and supplier of graphene-based products for use in consumer and industrial markets, is pleased to announce the appointment of Nplus1 Singer Advisory LLP ("N+1 Singer") as the Company's Joint Broker with immediate effect.

Cantor Fitzgerald Europe remains the Company's Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker.
