Exercise of Options and Director / PDMR Dealing
Directa Plus (AIM: DCTA) announces the exercise of options on 30 June 2020 in respect of ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") for the following directors and senior managers listed below, with the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM on 3 July 2020.

Disposal of Ordinary shares

** Giulio Cesareo's shareholding in the Company is held in his name and also through Galbiga Immobiliare S.r.l., and he and his family are the sole beneficiaries of the Ordinary Shares held by Galbiga Immobiliare S.r.l.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 63,624 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 3 July 2020.
Following the issue of the new Ordinary Shares, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 61,174,586 Ordinary Shares. The total number of voting rights in the Company will be 61,174,586. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.
