Adam Winslow start date as CEO and notice of 2023 preliminary results

Direct Line Insurance Group plc ("Direct Line Group" or "the Group") announces that Adam Winslow will join the Group as Chief Executive Officer on 1 March 2024. Adam's appointment to the Board of Direct Line Group is to be with effect from 21 March 2024.

Direct Line Group will release its 2023 preliminary results on Thursday 21 March 2024 at 7.00am (GMT). Management will host a presentation and live webcast for investors and analysts, further details of which will be provided on the Direct Line Group website prior to the event.
