In accordance with Listing Rule 9.2.6ER(1), Direct Line Insurance Group plc (the "Company") has forwarded to the Financial Conduct Authority for publication a copy of its updated Articles of Association, adopted by shareholders today at the Company's Annual General Meeting. The Articles of Association set out the terms and conditions on which its listed equity shares are issued. There are no changes to the rights attached to equity shares in the Articles of Association.

A copy of the Articles of Association has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at  https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
