DLG was notified today that on 27 September 2013 the following persons discharging managerial responsibilities ('PDMRs') purchased ordinary shares in DLG ('Shares'), and were allocated one ordinary share for every two shares purchased free of charge ('Matching Shares') under the BAYE. This was a non-discretionary transaction.
