The Board of Direct Line Insurance Group plc announces that it has today resolved to make the following appointments with immediate effect:

Danuta Gray, Chair of the Board, is appointed as Chair of the Nomination & Governance Committee;

Mark Gregory, independent Non-Executive Director, is appointed as interim Chair of the Remuneration Committee; and

Sebastian James, independent Non-Executive Director, is appointed as a member of the Nomination & Governance Committee.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.11.
