Changes to membership of Board Committees

Direct Line Insurance Group plc announces that its Board of Directors has resolved today to appoint Fiona McBain, Non-Executive Director, as a member of its Board Risk Committee, with immediate effect.

In addition, Tim Harris, Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed as a member of the Investment Committee in place of Penny James, Chief Executive Officer, who has stepped down as a member of the Committee with immediate effect.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.11.
