(the “ Company ”) is pleased to announce that it has granted effective today, a stock option (the “ Option ) for 140,000 common shares to a consultant of the Company in accordance with the Company’s stock option plan. The Option is exercisable at a price of US$0.28/CDN$0.35 per share and for a term of 10 years. The Option shall be subject to a 1/24 monthly vesting over 2 years.
