LONG TERM INCENTIVE AWARDS TO EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS

The Remuneration Committee of Diploma PLC has approved the grant of long-term incentive Awards of Ordinary Shares of 5p each in Diploma PLC to Johnny Thomson, Chief Executive Officer on 18 January 2023 under the Diploma PLC 2020 Performance Share Plan (as amended) ("PSP"):
