DIRECTOR'S INTEREST IN SHARES

Diploma PLC  has been notified that on 20 December 2024 Chris Davies, Chief Financial Officer, acquired the beneficial interest in 3,917 Ordinary Shares in the Company at £42.80 per share.

The shares were acquired with an amount equal to 50% of Chris' annual bonus, net of tax thereon, which was awarded for FY2024. These shares will be held by the Diploma Employee Benefit Trust on behalf of Chris in accordance with the Company's Shareholding Policy.
