Diploma PLC (the "Company")
Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs)
Diploma PLC has been notified that Johnny Thomson has exercised his options over 85,481 Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company, granted on 23 December 2019 under the Diploma PLC 2011 Performance Share Plan ("PSP"), with 40,177 of these shares being sold at a share price of £28.00 per share. As per normal practice these shares are being sold in order to cover the tax and national insurance liability on the PSP award. The net shares are required to be held until the fifth anniversary of the date of grant.
This award vested after meeting performance conditions measured over a three-year period ended 30 September 2022. Further details relating to the performance conditions of these awards are set out in the Annual Report & Accounts 2022, which will be mailed to shareholders in due course.
