DIPLOMA PLC - DIRECTOR'S INTEREST IN SHARES

Diploma PLC has been notified that on 17 December 2021 Barbara Gibbes, Chief Financial Officer, acquired the beneficial interest in 3,433 Ordinary Shares in the Company at £32.56 per share.

The shares were acquired with an amount equal to 50% of Barbara's annual bonus, net of tax thereon, which was awarded for FY2021.  These shares will be held by the Diploma Employee Benefit Trust on behalf of Barbara until she reaches the minimum shareholding requirement set out in the Company's Shareholding Policy.
