DIPLOMA PLC - DIRECTOR'S INTERESTS IN SHARES

Diploma PLC (the "Company") has been notified that on 21 January 2016, Mr BM Thompson, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, disposed of 8,660 Ordinary Shares at 673 pence per share and has acquired, through a personal savings vehicle, 8,660 Ordinary Shares at 673 pence per share.

BM Thompson's beneficial interest in the shares of the Company remains unchanged at 850,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.75% of the Company's issued share capital.
