Appointment of Senior Independent Director

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 9.6.11, Diploma PLC advises that Anne Thorburn has been appointed as the Senior Independent Director for Diploma PLC, effective 20 January 2021, following the retirement of Charles Packshaw from the Diploma PLC Board at the conclusion of this year's Annual General Meeting. 

Anne has been a non-executive Director of Diploma PLC since September 2015.  She is the Chair of the Audit Committee, and a member of each of the Nomination and Remuneration Committees.
