DIRECTORATE CHANGE

Further to the announcement made on 23 April 2018, Diploma PLC (the "Company") announces that Richard Ingram has been confirmed as Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") by the Board of Diploma PLC at the conclusion of its meeting held yesterday, Tuesday, 8 May 2018.

At the same time, Bruce Thompson stepped down from the Board and will retire from the Company on 30 September 2018.

Details of Bruce Thompson's remuneration arrangements on retirement which are consistent with the Company's Remuneration Policy approved by shareholders on 17 January 2018, are, as required by section 430(2B) of the Companies Act 2006, available on the Company's website - www.diplomaplc.com
