DIRECTORATE CHANGE

Further to the announcement made on 30 January 2018, Diploma PLC (the "Company") announces that Richard Ingram has today joined the Board as Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") designate of Diploma PLC.

Richard Ingram will take over as CEO at the conclusion of the Board meeting on 8 May 2018, at which time Bruce Thompson will stand down from the Board but remain available to support an orderly transition until his retirement from the Company on 30 September 2018.
