DIRECTOR DECLARATION

John Nicholas, the Company Chairman, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman designate of Porvair plc, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange, with effect from 1 October 2017.

John Nicholas has also confirmed that he will retire as a Director of Hunting PLC at the conclusion of Hunting PLC's Annual General Meeting in April 2018.
