In connection with the takeover offer by RedWhiteBlue Digital Marketing Services Holdings Ltd for the entire issued share capital of Creston plc (the "takeover"), it was envisaged that, on the takeover completing, Nigel Lingwood amongst others, would resign from the Board of Directors of Creston plc. That takeover has now completed and, accordingly, Nigel Lingwood has resigned as a Non-Executive Director of Creston plc.
