DIRECTORATE CHANGE

Further to the announcement made on 2 September 2015, Diploma PLC announces that Iain Henderson, Chief Operating Officer of Diploma PLC stepped down from the Board at the conclusion of the AGM yesterday and will retire from the Diploma Group on 31 March 2016.

John Nicholas, Chairman of Diploma PLC, commented:

"Iain has been a key member of the Board since 1998 and as Chief Operating Officer since 2005, has played a significant role in developing and implementing the growth strategy of the Group. The Board will miss Iain's wise counsel and robust approach to the day-to-day operational challenges that face all businesses. All of us in the Group wish him a long, healthy and well-earned retirement."

Iain Henderson commented:

"I have enjoyed many happy and successful years at Diploma. I wish the Company and all my colleagues continued success in the next stages of the Group's development."
