AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2015 has today been mailed to shareholders, together with a Notice of Annual General Meeting, explanatory Circular and Proxy Form.

The Company released its Preliminary Announcement of Final Results for the year ended 30 September 2015 ("Announcement") on 16 November 2015. This Announcement contained all the information required under Rule 6.3.5 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
