As part of Diös Fastigheters' strategyto concentrate its propertyportfolio to prioritymarkets, the propertyVivsta 3:39, totalling 2,386 sq.m., in Timrå has been sold. The sell price amounts to SEK 12 million, buyers are CBH FörvaltningAB and the change of possession is on 1 December 2015.
The property in Timrå belongs to Diös so called Inland portfolio and has been for sale since 2014.
