Diös has prepared a base prospectus for the MTN programme, which has today been approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw. Finansinspektionen) (the "SFSA"). The base prospectus is available from Diös website www.dios.se, as well as from SFSA's website, www.fi.se.
Diös has previously, in consultation with Svenska Handelsbanken, established a green financing framework. The framework gives the company the opportunity to finance the type of projects and assets covered by the framework by issuing green bonds under the MTN programme.
Svenska Handelsbanken is the lead bank for the MTN programme and will alongside Danske Bank and Swedbank act as issuer.
