Information on the costs of a public offering incurred by the Company

Body of the Report:

In reference to Current Report No. 9/2017 containing information on acompleted public offering of the sale, by Polish Sigma Group S.à r.l.("PSG"), of 48,040,000 series A shares of Dino Polska S.A. ("Company")with a par value of PLN 0.10 each ("Offer Shares") ("Offering"), theManagement Board of the Company hereby publishes information on thefinal costs incurred by the Company in connection with the Offering.

1. The total costs incurred by the Company in connection with theOffering amounted to PLN 3.72 million, of which:

a) costs of preparation and conduct of the offering - PLN 1.54 million;

b) costs of the underwriters' fees, for each underwriter separately -not applicable;

c) costs of preparation of the prospectus, including consulting costs -PLN 1.87 million;

d) costs of promotion of the Offering - PLN 0.31 million.

The Company did not incur the expense of the commission fee charged bythe Offering Coordinators. This expense was covered by PSG.

2. The average cost of the public offering per Offer Share was PLN 0.08.

Legal basis: Article 56 Section 1 Item 2 letter a) of the Act of 29 July2005 on Public Offering and the Terms and Conditions for IntroducingFinancial Instruments to an Organized Trading System and on PublicCompanies in connection with § 33 Section 1 of the Finance Minister'sRegulation of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic informationtransmitted by securities issuers and the conditions for recognizinginformation required by legal regulations of a non-member state asequivalent.
