The Management Board of "DINO POLSKA" S.A. ("Company") publishes thedates of publication of periodic reports in the financial year 2025.

Consolidated quarterly report forQ1 2025 - 15 May 2025,? Consolidated quarterly report for Q32025 - 6 November 2025.3. Consolidated report for H1 2025- 21 August 2025.

Furthermore, the Company announces that it has scheduled the publicationof preliminary (estimated) selected financial and operational data for2024 on 27 February 2025.

The Company also represents that it will not publish separatestand-alone quarterly reports. Consolidated quarterly reports of the"DINO POLSKA" S.A. will contain quarterly financial information of theCompany. The Company will not publish a separate stand-alone semi-annualreport.In addition, the Company informs that it will not publish aconsolidated quarterly report for Q4 2024 and Q2 2025.
