Current Report No. 1/2023 - Dates of publication of periodic reports ofthe "DINO POLSKA" S.A. in the financial year 2023

The Management Board of "DINO POLSKA" S.A. ("Company") publishes thedates of publication of periodic reports in the financial year 2023.

1. Annual reports:

? Annual report for 2022 - 23 March 2023,

? Consolidated annual report for 2022 - 23 March 2023.

2. Consolidated quarterly reports:

? Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2023 - 4 May 2023,

? Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2023 - 2 November 2023;

3. Consolidated report for H1 2023 - 17 August 2023;

The Company also represents that it will not publish separatestand-alone quarterly reports. Consolidated quarterly reports of the"DINO POLSKA" S.A. will contain quarterly financial information of theCompany. The Company will not publish a separate stand-alone semi-annualreport. In addition, the Company informs that it will not publish aconsolidated quarterly report for Q4 2022 and Q2 2023.
