("Company") publishes the dates of publication of periodic reportsin the financial year 2018.1. Annual reports for 2017:•Annual report for 2017 - 19 March 2018,• Consolidated annualreport for 2017 - 19 March 2018.

2.Consolidated quarterly reports:• Consolidated quarterly report forQ1 2018 - 15 May 2018,• Consolidated quarterly report for Q32018 - 13 November 2018;3. Consolidated report for H1 2018- 21 August 2018;TheDino Polska also represents that it will not publish separatestand-alone quarterly reports. Consolidated quarterly reports of theDino Polska Group will contain quarterly financial information of theCompany. The Company will not publish a separate stand-alone semi-annualreport.

Inaddition, the Dino Polska informs that it will not publish aconsolidated quarterly report for Q4 2017 and Q2 2018.
