Dates of publication of periodic reports of the Dino Polska S.A. in thefinancial year 2017

Body of the report:

The Dino Polska S.A. ("Dino", "Company") publishes the dates ofpublication of periodic reports in the financial year 2017.

1. Consolidated quarterly reports:

• Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2017 - 23 May 2017,

• Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2017 - 14 November 2017;

2. Consolidated report for H1 2017 - 29 August 2017;

3. Annual reports for 2016:

• Annual report for 2016 - 2 May 2017,

• Consolidated annual report for 2016 - 2 May 2017.

The Dino also represents that, pursuant to §83.1 of the Regulation ofthe Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodicinformation provided by issuers of securities and on conditions underwhich information required by legal regulations of a third country maybe recognised as equivalent ("Regulation"), will not publish separatestand-alone quarterly reports. Consolidated quarterly reports of theDino Group will contain quarterly financial information of the Company.

In addition, the Dino informs that it will not publish a consolidatedquarterly report for Q2 2017 pursuant to the provisions of §101.2 of theRegulation. The Company will not publish a separate stand-alonesemi-annual report for H1 2017 pursuant to §83.3 of the Regulation.

Legal basis: Article 56 Section 1 Item 2 letter a of the Act of 29 July2005 on Public Offering and the Terms and Conditions for IntroducingFinancial Instruments to an Organized Trading System and on PublicCompanies in connection with § 103.1 of the Regulation of the Ministerof Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic informationprovided by issuers of securities and on conditions under whichinformation required by legal regulations of a third country may berecognized as equivalent.
