Current Report No. 2/2023 - Decision on building a new distributioncenter

The Management Board of "DINO POLSKA" S.A. ("Company") reports that on29 May 2023 it made the decision to commence the construction of theCompany's new distribution center in the community of Bolewicko in theGreater Poland Voivodship ("Investment").

In connection with this Investment the Company will enter into a numberof contracts with entities independent of the Company that specialize inthe execution of such investments, including the entity that will playthe role of general contractor. This Investment will involve thecomprehensive construction and fit-out of the freezer, refrigeratedstorage area, controlled-temperature warehouses, dry goods warehouse andsocial and office space with the accompanying technical infrastructure,internal roads and parking spots. The total planned warehouse space ofthis distribution center will be 45 thousand square meters.

The (net) estimated investment expenditures are approximately PLN 130million and will be financed using the Company's own funds. The purposeof the new distribution center is to handle the deliveries of goods tothe growing number of Dino stores and support the network's ongoinggeographic expansion. The Company anticipates that the construction ofthe distribution center will be completed in the first half of 2024.

Legal basis: Article 17 of Regulation (EC) No 596/2014 of the EuropeanParliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (marketabuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the EuropeanParliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC,2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC.
