Topic:Decision on building a new distribution centerContent:The Management Board of "DINO POLSKA" S.A. ("Company") reports that on14 February 2022 it made the decision to commence the construction ofthe Company's new distribution center in the community of Kaliska in theKuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodship ("Investment").

Inconnection with this Investment the Company will enter into a number ofcontracts with entities independent of the Company that specialize inthe execution of such investment, including the entity that will playthe role of general contractor. This investment will involve thecomprehensive construction and fit-out of the freezer, refrigeratedstorage area, controlled-temperature warehouses, dry goods warehouse andsocial and office space with the accompanying technical infrastructure,internal roads and parking spots. The total planned warehouse space ofthis distribution center will be 45 thousand square meters.The(net) estimated investment expenditures are approximately PLN 130million and will be financed using the Company's own funds and bankloans. The purpose of the new distribution center is to handle thedeliveries of goods to the growing number of Dino stores and support thenetwork's ongoing geographic expansion._#160;The Company anticipates that theconstruction of the distribution center will be completed at the turn of2022 and 2023.
