Registration of the amendment to the Articles ofAssociation of Dino Polska S.A.

Body of the report:TheManagement Board of Dino Polska S.A. ("Company") reports that on 21August 2020, the District Court of Poznań - Nowe Miasto and Wilda inPoznań, 9th Commercial Division of the National Court Registerregistered the amendment to the Company's articles of association("Articles of Association") as ratified by the Ordinary ShareholderMeeting of the Dino Polska S.A. on 2 July 2020 under resolution no.20/7/2020.

The foregoing change involves appending items 74) - 80)after item 73) to § 4 sec. 1 of the Articles of Association with thefollowing wording:"74) 52.21.Z Serviceactivities incidental to land transportation,75)52.24.C Cargo transloading in other transloading points,

76) 52.29.A Marine transportation agencies activities,

The Company hereby provides the consolidated text of theArticles of Association as an enclosure.
