DinoPolska S.A. ("Company") reports that on 26 May 2020 theCompanyreceivedfrom Mr. Eryk Bajer- Dino Polska S.A. Member of the Supervisory Board, two notificationsabout transactions relating to the Company's shares referred to inArticle 19 Section 1 of the Market Abuse Regulation.

Atthe same time the Company reports that on 27 May 2020 it received fromMr. Eryk Bajer the amendment to the notification from 26 May 2020. Theamendment concerns the average purchase price of shares in line 4.d.
