The Management Board of "DINO POLSKA" S.A. ("Company") hereby reportsthat the shareholders present at the Company's Ordinary ShareholderMeeting on 26 June 2024 ("Shareholder Meeting") jointly held 77,381,106votes. The shareholder who held at least 5% of votes at the ShareholderMeeting was Mr. Tomasz Biernacki - holding 50,000,000 votes equal to64.62% of votes at the Shareholder Meeting and 51.00% of all the votes.
